I found this transcript by the late, great Vincent Salandria to be particularly compelling and informative:

RG, I was unaware of Vincent Salandria prior to this link! INCREDULOUS! Thanks!

He was one of the earliest generation of JFKA researchers and an outspoken critic of the Warren Commission’s Report. I believe he passed in 2020 at the age of 92.

Mr. Salandria was from Philadelphia and was one of the earliest, fiercest critics of Arlen Spector, who also lived in Philadelphia, only single digit miles from Mr. Salandria. Before Spector died, he asked to meet with Mr Salandria at the famous legacy Bookbinder's seafood restaurant; alas, in his consummate denouement with one of his harshest critics, Arlen Spector nevertheless failed to acknowledge to Mr. Salandria the falsity of his "magic bullet" fabrication. Ditto for the Paines as well when they had the opportunities to redeem themselves and the historical truth. https://www.bookbindersfoods.com/about/

The “swill” in this gargantuan conspiracy is beyond comprehension. Sure are lots of DC’ers without spines.

if I recall correctly, when she was in Nicaragua she mentioned to a roommate or some woman in the group, that her daughter was very angry with her at that time, about her involvement with the Oswalds; the daughter disapproved of "what she did" - or something to that effect.

Yes, I heard that also. Interesting as heck.

The obvious question is why would Oswald have a light meter but no camera?

You got it.

I never tire of pointing out that Oswald had intelligence connections in virtually every aspect of his life.

I never knew a professional photographer who used a Minox.

Ruth Paine's intelligence connections make her the likeliest person to have planted the tiny camera in Oswald's seabag.

It should also be noted that Minox cameras used a specialized subminiature format. I doubt the film could have been dropped off at the drugstore for developing.

It is interesting, though, that Oswald apparently worked at a photo processing plant in Dallas.

If the Minox was his, he could have developed it there.

Also, light meters weren't common among amateur photographers. If Oswald really did own one, that would indicate some level of expertise.

Thanks James. Startling to read all this information. I hope there is a thread somewhere in this conspiratorial saga that needs a great big pull to illuminate a lot more.

…Maybe a trove of data was hidden somewhere as collateral.
