I get tears in my eyes and I shudder while reading this. Partly from relief that this all will come to light..it is never too late. RFK Sr was a student of a grandparent of mine at Harvard. I did not know it then...i was a teenager...and we lived in a Russian colony. But I do read in my diary from 68 how the "whole class was crying and grieving." We were told daily and hourly on the State Radio [ the only one] how the US is an evil colonialist etc. And how Communism will prevail. And still the teacher also was tearful and we all spoke about the Kennedys...Then we went to movie to watch Antonioni/ Cortazár's film the *Blow Up*. Because it was my advice I was forbidden to organize cultural events...Not because of the hidden murderer in the movie. Because of some naked tits.

Dear Jim, or estimated Mr DiEugenio - thanks for your feedback.

I am a pensioner in Ex Russia . I discovered a few ys ago that my Harvard professor grand-uncle worked for Eleanor Roosevelt (in 1940) as an interpreter (due to common friends an relatives around the Freuds) and later at RAND. Among his students in the 1950s were Bob Kennedy, Kissinger, Ellsberg, McNamara, Cyrus Vance - so in the last year at educationforum,opbs.com I started to read about them... Starting with the Tippit Call as there is a Mr. Gardos accised to be the KGB linked (foster) dad of the infant LHO .I did see Gardos here in the Corvina Publishers where my mom was a typist and I was 10 ys old in 1964,) ....I am sometimes asking writers whose work on JFK is important to send me a free word copy - or parts of it - as I have no budget to buy all books on Kindle. In exchange I can offer a Hungarian translation (which cannot be a commercial venture due to the small market here - but my ex-students and friends and maybe hundreds of others could read it on a blog link eventually.)

Totally agree. As a lifelong true blue Dem, I'm shocked at how many Dems continue ignoring, or even supporting, in Newsom's case regarding Sirhan, the conspiracies surrounding the political assassinations of the '60s! Their lack of interest in the recent JFK Congressional Hearings was incredibly disappointing and upsetting! WTF Dems?! My heart breaks for poor Sirhan who was so obviously the CIA's MKULTRA'd patsy! So cruel that he has spent his life in prison as an obvious political prisoner. 😢

John Fahey described the apparent 'Polka-Dot Dress Girl' [tho she wasn't wearing it when Fahey met her earlier that day] as 'Middle-Eastern'. Sirhan Sirhan was a Palestinian Xtian born in Jerusalem, who 'allegedly' shot RFK because RFK said he'd OK the sale of fighter-jets to the IDF. Also note RFK was shot almost exactly 2 months after MFK was killed, but also almost exactly 1yr after the 6-Day War & the USS Liberty 'incident'. Jim, IMO it seems there was a lot of curious 'coincidences' converging on RFK's assassination. Any thoughts?

I did a bit of research re the issue of the sale of 50 Phantom Fighter-Jets to the IDF in 1968, which LBJ OKed in Oct 1968. The US senator who spearheaded efforts for this sale was Stuart Symington [not RFK]. Both POTUS candidates 'Tricky Dick' Nixon [GOP] & Hubert Humphrey [Dem] also spoke publicly in favor of the sale. Heck on June 4, 1968 even 'liberal' Dem Eugene McCarthy [along w RFK] said he was in favor of the sale.

So on June 4th, RFK along w McCarthy both said they were OK w this sale to the IDF. So in just 24 hrs Sirhan Sirhan 'allegedly' writes on multiple pages in his 'diary' 'RFK must die!', over & over again. And then places himself in the Ambassador's pantry 'lying in wait' for RFK [on June 5th], even tho originally RFK was not even supposed to go thru that pantry- Humm... Furthermore the senator who spearheaded / pressured LBJ re the sale was Stu Symington, not RFK. And both Nixon & Humphrey spoke publicly for this sale, yet apparently only RFK was 'marked for death'- Humm...

There is a problem with that sale and Sirhan's reaction to it. Will address in part 4.
